Cornwall Staff Agency are recruiting an Executive Housekeeping Manager for luxury resort with spectacular sea views to oversee the day-to-day smooth-running housekeeping, spa, public areas and laundry.
As Executive Housekeeping Manager youwill manage all aspects of the housekeeping department. Compiling cleaning schedules, department Rota’s, checking cleans, staff training and maintaining extremely high standards.
You will be responsible for the cleanliness in all bedrooms and public areas providing a high standard of cleaning to a time frame, maximising opportunities and improving performance.

8. Have a hands-on approach
9. Adhere to all health and safety, hygiene
10. Maintain all Public and staff areas
11. Achievement budgets & goals
12. Liaising with all other departments
13. Recruit, train & develop new staff
14. Monitor stocks and ordering
15. Create weekly rotas
Qualities you will need to display:
16. Previous experience managing housekeeping team
17. Luxury hotel experience
18. A can-do attitude
19. Be a hands-on team player, this is a physically active role where you will be working alongside your team on all aspects of the role
20. Communicate well
21. Be highly organised
