We are currently looking for a Purchasing Administrator with good solid administration experience & Strong Excel skills
Do you have experience of researching & sourcing new suppliers within this purchasing office, grief resolution, procurement support & confident using Excel & associated Programs
We have an opportunity with a local company who are looking to source a person for a long term contract opportunity (min 12 months)
We require a Purchasing Administrator.
The responsibilities and tasks for this job include the supplier administration, analysis of data compliance for all locations throughout this global business.
You will provide administration support, contract compliance support, grief resolution support and ensuring integrity of input of the data, against agreed standards & recommend improvements when needed.

Candidates will have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:
Developing improvement plans to support buyers & professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal and efficient operations.
Invoice grief, Supplier shortages, Expediting materials. Performing analysis and maintenance of assigned processes that produce output excellence, builds expertise for the assign process area, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Responsible for the management of PO’s, in line with company compliance Regulations.
• Performing analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives.
Required Hours 8am – 4.30pm Mon - Thurs, lunchtime finish Friday
