Job Description
3. Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Monitor and manage accounts receivable records, ensuring they are up to date.
5. Process incoming payments and allocate them correctly to accounts.
6. Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve client queries related to billing.
7. Assist with the preparation of financial reports as required by the Accounting & Finance team.
8. Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
9. Support the wider Accounting & Finance department with administrative tasks.
10. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance financial processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:
11. Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
12. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
14. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
