The Advisory department brings together 130 specialists, blending valuation with strategy to unlock value for clients across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to Financial Viability Assessments for residential-led, mixed-use schemes, including negotiation with local authorities/GLA and input into S106 and review mechanisms. Build and run development appraisals and Red Book valuation outputs; produce clear, concise client advice. Collaborate with planners and cross-firm specialists; represent the team at client meetings and help develop juniors while supporting bids and BD activity. Essential Requirements: RICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer, with strong development valuation foundations. Demonstrable experience delivering viability work on residential-led projects, including negotiations with public sector stakeholders.
