Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in business development. Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM software is essential for managing client interactions and tracking sales progress.

Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
* Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's services and establish connections.
* Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry.
* Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
* A proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
* Relevant qualifications in business management or a related field are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,500.00-£55,200.00 per year
