As a Support Worker, youll provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us. [THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE WORKING NIGHTS]. Due to the nature of this service, we are inviting applications from FEMALE support workers only. Role and Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and shopping. Promote independence, dignity, and well-being through engaging and meaningful activities. Work autonomously while maintaining the safety and respect of those you support. Comply with regulatory standards set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales. Work flexibly on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
