As our Response Repairs Senior Operations Manager, you'll be accountable for the delivery of all day to day property repairs and larger more complex repairs across a significant Abri Homecare region.
Using your experience to deliver proactive and forward-thinking approach, you'll lead on a collaborative working style with all stakeholders to build strong relationships within Homecare and across all other Abri and resident panels. Remember, we don't want to do things the way they've always been done, we want to do things even better
You'll work closely with the Head of Service, Finance Business Partner and Directors on the forecasting and reconciliation of the budgets of the response repairs work stream.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of trade operatives and contractors, you will be repairs data driven, you'll analysing reports relating to customer feedback acting as an escalation point for the management and resolution of complex complaints ensuring customer satisfaction.
You'll be working from our Eastleigh office a minimum of three days to per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices or at home but always as operational delivery requires, so a flexible approach is also required.
