Role Overview

We are seeking an organised and experienced Office Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business. You’ll be the linchpin connecting our commercial, operations, third-party installers and accounts, supporting project delivery, financial administration, and customer service as the business grows.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of office administration and logistics for commercial flooring projects
* Support the accounts function, including invoicing and reconciliations, using Xero
* Maintain and update client and project information
* Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and fitters
* Organise internal meetings, HR records, and documentation
* Implement and improve internal processes to drive efficiency and compliance
* Provide general support to the management team as needed


Who We’re Looking For

* Proven office administration/managerial experience (ideally in construction, flooring, or trade environments
* IT literate and confident using CRM, quoting, and accounting software (experience with Zigaflow, Xero, or equivalents preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
* Proactive, highly organised, and a strong communicator
* Team player with first-class attention to detail
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company and take initiative
* Positive, professional, and committed to excellent customer service
* Ability to work both in-office and remotely
