Role Overview: As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in guiding children through the early stages of their education. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, develop pupils’ literacy and numeracy skills, and nurture their social, emotional, and personal growth. As a KS1 Teacher, you will: Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum. Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued. Monitor and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic development. Maintain high standards of behaviour management, safeguarding, and child welfare. Requirements for KS1 Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching in a KS1 setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of the curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies. Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
