We are looking for an Audiology Admin Assistant to work as an integral part of out Audiology team at West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. This role supports our clinical teams in the delivery of our hearing aid services as well as providing comprehensive administrative support to our Audiology clinical team.
Responsibilities
* Support the clinical teams in delivery of hearing aid services
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Audiology clinical team
* Accurate patient record keeping (through electronic databases and Electronic patient records)
* Handle telephone enquiries
* Manage hearing aid maintenance stock
* Use Microsoft Office packages
Qualifications
* Demonstrable effective team working and communication skills
* Interest in audiology
* Drive to high quality care for patients
