This is a varied role combining appointment setting, customer relationship management, and sales administration duties. Flexible working hours are available, making this position ideal for someone seeking school hours or a better work‑life balance.
The Role
Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in supporting business development activity and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth running of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
* Book and coordinate appointments for senior management
* Manage and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and customer records
* Support sales administration, including quotations and follow‑ups
* Respond to inbound calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Build and maintain positive client relationships
* Assist with general office administration and communication tasks
* Support the wider sales pipeline through consistent customer contact and follow‑up activity
About You
* Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, sales support, administration, or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative
* Friendly, approachable, and professional in manner
