About the role
As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing high quality, end-to-end support to victims of anti-social behaviour to cope and recover. You will establish contact with the person, assess the impact, and provide appropriate information and support. Support will range from brief interventions over the telephone to longer‑term 1:1 and telephone‑based support. You will work from home, with regular travel across Avon & Somerset and surrounding areas. You should be able to provide effective crisis intervention, carry out risk assessments, safety planning, assessment of needs and individual support planning, and work independently to prioritise a busy workload.
