An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join my clients team in their Sunderland offices on a Hybrid basis.\n\nThis role would be suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive who has experience in and can undertake residential property work and specifically Buy to Let property purchases and Auction work.\n\nThe successful candidate will be a motivated, hardworking individual who has a real ambition to succeed, and who has a willingness to develop and expand our existing business in this area.\n\nThere may be opportunity to also gain knowledge and experience of commercial property work in the future.\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\n• Sound relevant experience required, gained within a respected Property team\n• It is likely that the successful candidate will be as a minimum a newly qualified solicitor / CILEX, with experience of property work as described above. With this role there is flexibility in terms of the level of qualification, and if needed training can be given\n• Some experience of managing support staff is preferred, but not essential\n• Excellent organisational skills\n• Excellent oral and written communication skills\n• Strong academic background with a law degree being an advantage\n• Well-developed interpersonal skills – an ability to interact with people at all levels and able to inspire confidence in customers and colleagues.\n\nBenefits:\n\n...
