Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Our client, a leading facilities services provider, is seeking a Reactive Helpdesk Coordinator to join their busy team in the City of London.
Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming calls and emails, logging jobs accurately on the CAFM system
* Coordinate reactive maintenance works with engineers, contractors, and site teams
* Monitor job progress, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
* Escalate urgent issues promptly and communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
* Produce reports and update records to support smooth day-to-day operations
About You
* Previous experience in a helpdesk, service desk, or facilities coordination role
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of CAFM systems and facilities processes is desirable
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
