Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
IKEA Croydon is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join our management team. In IKEA, this role is referred to as an IKEA Food Manager.

What We Offer
* Start date: June 2025
* Salary: £52,500 per annum, based on experience and competence
* Hours: 39 hours/week, 5 days including 2 weekends per month

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Ensure food safety, quality, stock management, and minimize waste
* Drive sales and profitability through commercial opportunities and customer feedback
* Collaborate on commercial activities to increase sales
* Present IKEA’s range to inspire visitors
* Build and develop a skilled, empowered team with succession planning
