Role Overview
Our stores are the life and soul of our business. They act as our main touchpoints with our ever‑evolving consumer base and set the tone for our two brands. The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering the high standards we expect, providing an excellent service experience and supporting store performance.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
- Being a brand ambassador, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
- Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations
- Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features
- Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve
- Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed appropriately
Qualities & Experience
- Previous track record within hospitality or retail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate to win
- Ability to inspire trust and recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others
- Fast adaptability to changing situations
- Strong presence on the shop floor, acting with purpose
- Ownership mindset and the ability to make informed in‑store decisions
