Salary: £36,000 - £44,500 per annum
Hours: 40 - 45 hours per week

Your Role
In this pivotal position, you’ll:
* Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers alike.
* Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Lead and inspire your team to reach their full potential using our Leadership & Company Principles.
* Diligently check and manage deliveries, oversee the till area, and monitor KPIs.
* Be a friendly face for every customer, providing excellent service and addressing queries.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
