What You Will Do
* Ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of test facilities used for product development.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support engineering operations and ensure timely, quality product releases.
* Demonstrate technical expertise in facilities, processes, and control systems, including AVL, ABB, and Horiba technologies.
* Conduct problem‑solving and troubleshooting of control systems to maintain optimal functionality.
* Adhere to health and safety requirements, including risk assessments, COSHH, and SDS protocols.
* Travel to support additional sites as required, ensuring consistent facility operations across locations.
What You Will Bring
* A Level 4 qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.
* Proven understanding of test facilities, processes, and leading technologies.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to challenge existing thinking constructively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a customer‑focused approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a full UK driving licence.
