We have an exciting opportunity to work in a nationally recognised plot sales team with a client base that includes some of the UK’s largest developers.
As a Plot Sales Conveyancer, you’ll work on a varied portfolio for well-known, national developers including:
1. Handling a caseload of new-build plot sales for regional and national housebuilders and residential developers.
2. Managing part-exchange transactions for developers buying and selling properties.
3. Dealing with transactions involving housing associations, legal charges, and related matters.
4. Providing general support on relevant matters for the Real Estate department.

We are looking for:
* ILEX qualification and/or substantial experience managing conveyancing files within a law firm.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with stakeholders and clients.
* Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
* Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information discreetly.
