They will possess excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals, as well as inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional care. The Home Manager will be accountable for ensuring that all aspects of the home's operation are run efficiently and effectively, including staff supervision, peer support, learning opportunities, and career prospects.
