The Role As our Clinic Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth and successful day-to-day operations of our prestigious Knightsbridge clinic. We’re looking for someone who brings proven experience, energy, and expertise to manage our aesthetic clinic, exceeding expectations, and delivering outstanding client care in a luxury clinical setting. Key responsibilities include : Overseeing daily clinic operations, including stock control, staff rotas, diary management and reporting Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures to optimise performance Ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory standards through rigorous quality assurance measures Collaborating with finance and operations to manage budgets and resource allocation Monitoring and enhancing sales performance to meet monthly revenue goals Preparing and presenting regular reports on clinic performance to senior management Conducting audits to maintain operational excellence and identify improvement opportunities Leading, motivating and mentoring a high-performing team Managing recruitment, training and performance reviews to build a skilled, engaged workforce Continuously improving customer experience based on client feedback Sound like you? To shine in this role, you’ll need: At least 5 years’ experience managing an aesthetic clinic A proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs In-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments, equipment, and industry developments CQC Registered Manager status Outstanding communication and team leadership skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving Confidence in managing multiple priorities and driving continuous improvement A flexible attitude to working hours, including evenings and weekends
