What is on offer to you?
* £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on‑target earnings.
* £25,000 to £27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience.

Main Purpose of the role
The role is to serve as a Spicerhaart Partner, delivering an end‑to‑end estate agency service from valuation to completion, building a local customer base while enjoying flexible working.
The Role
As a fully employed Partner, you will operate within a self‑employed model, assuming full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in your local area. You will provide end‑to‑end services for customers and generate business through local relationships and marketing your personal brand.

You will receive extensive support from learning & development, local property centre, technology, and marketing resources to grow your business.
