Group Loyalty/ CRM Manager
Multiple locations available/ offices across the UK.
Can be based - Bicester, Peterborough, Fleet, Ware.
We are currently working with a multi multi-million-pound retail brand who have 40+ sites across the UK and Internationally. They are one of the premier brand names in their field. We are helping them find a new Group Loyalty Manager to join their team.
Within this role as the Group Loyalty Manager, you will report directly in to the company MD and take complete ownership over this space. You will create and implement the loyalty scheme across both online and offline channels. It will be your job to analyse the purchasing habits of the company consumers and generate weekly product initiatives, delivering through a mailing list of 1 to 2 million members and aiming to increase frequency of store visits, return rates and average spends.
The company already have a great focus in loyalty and it's a huge area for them moving forward. With a number of new sites opening over the next few years. The brand is only going to get bigger and better!

What are we looking for?
1. Previous proven experience within loyalty schemes/ Loyalty management
2. CRM/ Email marketing experience
3. Open on industry but Retail, homeware, gardens, DIY would be a bonus
