As a Social Worker on the Child Protection Team you will be
9. A full-time, dedicated, and qualified experienced social worker seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people
10. Have a strengths-based approach, ability to undertake in-depth, evidenced-based assessments of complex needs and risks to children, protective carers and risk assessments, ensuring the child’s voice is heard and the child is at the Centre of all decision making
11. Devise, implement and review plans, including the development and management of plans within a child in need/child protection framework, care, and pathway plans.
12. Ensure all statutory responsibilities are well managed, including visiting children, arranging reviews, and reporting to the court
13. Have sound knowledge of public law outline, private law, and care proceedings.
14. Covering a duty day 3 times per month
As a Social Worker you are required to:
15. Hold a Social Work England registration
16. Be eligible to work in the UK
17. Hold a full UK licence
18. Post-qualified experience
19. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
