Reed is partnered with a highly successful, award-winning group of businesses in the northwest, in the appointment of a permanent and full-time Finance Manager.
As Finance Manager you will support the Senior Management Team in providing clear effective weekly and monthly reporting. You will be responsible for developing the finance function brand across the organisation, as an efficient and professional team that enables commercial growth.
The Finance Manager role supports the preparation of monthly accounts, including cost management & profitability analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Lead financial reporting and analysis, budget forecasting, working capital management, and risk and opportunity assessments to support strategic decision-making
2. Ownership of the P&L, providing high quality monthly performance reviews, ensuring robust tracking against plan
3. Prepare and present financial reports, P&L bridges, EBIT analysis, Risk & Opportunity overviews and strategic narratives to support the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors
4. Act as the financial business partner across the organisation, supporting project bids, cost and profitability analysis.
