This exciting position will involve acting for a wide portfolio of clients dealing with non-contentious commercial property matters. This will involve such matters as:- Commercial leasehold transactions. Freehold disposals and acquisitions. Site acquisitions. Site developments. Landlord and tenant transactions (leases, licence to assign, licence for alterations, deeds of surrender etc.) Secured lending. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes: Minimum 1 Year PQE Demonstrate technical proficiency in Commercial Property. Ability to manage client expectations and relationships. Proficient file management. Conscientious, hardworking and highly organised. Ability to work to strict deadlines, targets and client protocols while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality. A proven team player with the ability to work as a part of a team.
