Home, a place where you belong You’ll manage our 24/7 supported service providing housing and support to 12 customers, along with the housing management of our dispersed properties across Norwich at Aspland Road and Barnards Yard.
Our services provide housing and support for men who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness.
We are looking for someone who has a good knowledge of external agencies in the area, confident with housing management and housing law, and a passion to make a difference and find creative ways to lead the team of colleagues.

What you’ll do * Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high quality, person centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs. * Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service * Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately * Managing the contracts, budgets and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners * Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person centred service * Manage budgets and spending to ensure that we deliver high quality services, and environments where our customers can thrive.
