Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing the sales process, offering product training, and achieving sales targets to drive the adoption of Torch's services among non-profit organizations.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
* Proven experience and aptitude in Sales and Sales Management, with a goal-oriented approach.
* Ability to deliver impactful Training sessions for clients on products and services.
* Self-motivated with time management and organizational skills to succeed in a hybrid work environment.
* Previous experience in working with or understanding non-profit organizations is an advantage.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with fintech or payment solutions is a plus.
