Join our Growth Hub and Economic Development team and play a hands-on role supporting firms across a wide range of programmes. Whether you come from sales, customer service, outreach, or simply bring real enthusiasm for helping local businesses grow, we’d love to hear from you. As the Senior Business Liaison Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of our business engagement and support. This varied and interesting role offers the chance to work across multiple projects and activities — from networking, business engagement and relationship-building to marketing, project management, commissioning and more. We are looking for candidates who can offer first class customer service who are able to communicate effectively with a range of customers and external partners. Able to use own initiative to solve complex problems, develop solutions and welcome change and are enthusiastic, organised self-starters. Can plan and organise varied workloads and will enjoy working and travelling county-wide.
