Your new role
This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a high-performing team and work alongside experienced Partners who are well regarded in the employment law arena. You will gain exposure to a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious work, providing advice on employment contracts, policies, corporate support matters, TUPE, workplace disputes, and employment litigation.You will handle employment issues, support clients through the full spectrum of employment disputes, prepare Employment Tribunal cases, and take on advocacy where appropriate. The position also involves contributing to business development initiatives, supporting client relationship building, and mentoring junior team members as required. As you progress, you will take ownership of a growing caseload and lead on specific matters and projects.
