CNC Turner – Late Shift
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 4am
Salary: Competitive with overtime at enhanced rates

This is a well-established aerospace manufacturer with a strong order book, investing in both machinery and people. You’ll be working on high-spec components where quality actually matters, not just ticking boxes.
What you’ll be doing:
* Setting and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
* Working on low to medium batch, high-precision aerospace components
* Reading engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances
* Carrying out in-process inspection to maintain quality standards
* Making adjustments at the machine to keep things running efficiently
* Supporting general machine upkeep and keeping your area in good order
What they’re looking for:
* Solid experience setting and operating CNC turning machines
* Comfortable working with Fanuc controls
* Able to read drawings and work to tight tolerances without being handheld
* Experience with materials like stainless, titanium, Inconel or aluminium
* Someone who takes pride in their work and understands the standards required in aerospace
