Their Manchester based team are looking for a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join the team and advise on range of commercial contracts and due diligence matters.
Job Description
You will be managing a varied caseload including:
* drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service agreements, T&Cs
* providing due diligence support
* supervising and training more junior members of the team
The Successful Applicant
The successful Corporate and Commercial Lawyer will be a Solicitor or CILEx with up to 3 years' experience in a similar role.
