JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Engineers with proven background Access & Control to join our London team, with contracts covering most parts of the city. In this role, you will be responsible for the commissioning, installation, maintenance, and repair of a range of door access control, CCTV, and intruder alarms, helping ensure the safety and integrity of our properties. We do have role at a more senior roles and do encourage more experienced professionals to apply as well. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Install, maintain, and repair security systems including intercoms, access control, CCTV, and intruder alarms. Diagnose faults and perform reactive repairs efficiently and effectively. Respond to emergency call-outs to restore system functionality. Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards. Test and commission systems after installation or repair. Provide technical advice and support to clients and team members. Maintain accurate records and service reports. Collaborate with engineers and site teams to coordinate tasks and schedules. Stay informed about new technologies and best practices in the security industry. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Proven experience working with security systems including intercoms, access control, CCTV, and intruder alarms. Will consider engineers from 12 months - 15 years experience Strong skills in fault-finding, reactive repairs, and system installation. Good understanding of industry standards and health & safety practices. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Valid UK driving licence. Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, FIA) are advantageous.
