Main Responsibility

In this role you will pave the way for a premium VIP environment and ensure the highest possible quality is being achieved and maintained. With a meticulous eye for detail you will take pride in ensuring any accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and prepared ready for our guests. As part of the team you will undertake preventative maintenance checks and suggest opportunities to enhance the guest experience. Your unique contribution to the team will help us continue to deliver successful Premium Events, VIP Visits and best in class bespoke customer service.

Our Ideal Candidate

You’ll love making people feel welcome and, ideally, you will have worked in a similar luxury establishment. You’ll recognise the importance of supporting your colleagues through great team work, but be prepared to take personal responsibility to look for solutions where needed. A driver’s licence is essential for this role as is the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances with a calm professional approach. This team provides support for the accommodation and guests across 7 days as well as there being a need to participate in a Duty ‘on-call’ rota for emergencies. If you have the skills we are looking for, including being able to follow established procedures to ensure high safety standards, then you could be the rare character we are looking for.

This role is a fixed term contract until 12th December .
