HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Flexible mixed pattern:
* Start times between 7am and 1pm and end times between 3pm and 9pm
* Maximum of 5 out of 7 days (based on a Monday-Sunday week)
* Maximum of 25% weekend days over a 4-week period

As a Fraud Customer Service Advisor, you will be trained to resolve issues related to unknown transactions, protecting our customers and the bank from harm. Your work will have a significant impact.
You will handle inbound calls, using multiple systems to protect, preserve, and recover our customers' money, providing clear resolutions to their issues.
You will learn what matters most to customers, with access to colleagues and resources to help you improve every day.

What you'll need
No previous financial services experience is required; we provide a comprehensive 6-week training program on our products and services to support victims of fraud.
Being a people person is crucial—working closely with your team and other departments to provide pivotal service to millions of customers.
You should empathize with customers, be dedicated to resolving their queries, and committed to going above and beyond.
An eye for detail to identify fraud trends and scams, and the ability to learn how to utilise fraud systems in a fast-paced environment are essential.
