Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced COSS (Controller of Site Safety) to join our team in Southampton.

Role & Responsibilities:
Act as the Controller of Site Safety on railway worksites.
Ensure the safety of all staff and contractors on site.
Implement and brief safe systems of work.
Liaise with site managers, staff, and Network Rail representatives.
Maintain accurate site safety records and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid COSS competency (Sentinel card).
PTS (Personal Track Safety) – with full medical & D&A in date.
Good knowledge of railway safety standards and procedures.
Ability to manage and communicate effectively with teams.
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.Location: Southampton (with potential travel across the South Coast)
Duration: Ongoing – long-term work available.
