The Role
As Head Concierge, you will be the gateway to The NICI experience, curating exceptional guest journeys and creating unforgettable memories. Leading the concierge team, you’ll ensure every interaction delivers the signature warmth, style, and personalised service our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the concierge team, setting service standards and expectations
• Deliver personalised guest experiences, from bookings and reservations to bespoke requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and suppliers
• Handle VIP arrivals, special occasions, and guest service recovery
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, and Operations
• Support pre-opening concierge planning, systems, and training
About You
• Proven experience as a Head Concierge or senior concierge leader in a luxury hotel
• Passion for personalised service and creating memorable experiences
• Strong local knowledge, network, and supplier relationships
• Inspirational leader with excellent organisational and communication skills
• Pre-opening experience desirable but not essential
