We have a fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team. You will need to demonstrate experience working in a healthcare environment dealing with patients.
You will be working with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers/Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to work 40 hours per week. The successful applicant will need experience working in clinical settings or the healthcare environment.

The candidate should have experience in a healthcare environment as they will be required to provide both administrative and patient support, including chaperoning patients and assisting the Radiographers during scans. They will also undertake admin duties related to the patient pathway in line with standard guidelines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with IT and administrative skills, are essential. Understanding and complying with radiation protection protocols is also required. Excellent patient care skills are a must.
Attention to detail, flexibility, organization, and enthusiasm are key attributes for this role.
You must be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines and turnaround times.

1. Assisting in patient preparation
2. Chaperoning
3. Cannulation
4. Positioning patients on the scanner
5. Managing clinical stock
6. Conducting clinical audits
7. Processing patients via our E-Systems
