This role will suit someone who understands that great account management is both relationship-led and commercially sharp. What you'll be doing -
* Owning the commercial relationship across a portfolio of customers (c. 35 accounts)
* Leading renewals and managing the post-sale commercial relationship
* Identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities
* Building relationships beyond a single stakeholder (multi-threading) - champion building & EB exposure a must!
* Running outcome-focused account conversations
* Partnering with Customer Success and Product to turn adoption into growth

You'll have -
* Curiosity
* Comparable experience in a technology vendor, with responsibility for renewals and growth
* Commercial acumen - aligning with business outcomes, rather than feature/functionality tick box
Compensation: Competitive OTE (50/50 split) + benefits (incl enhanced maternity & paternity leave, training budgets).
Note, this role is hybrid with this office based in Manchester, UK. The successful candidate will be within a commutable distance.
