Data and Performance monitoring Officer
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytically minded Data and Performance monitoring Officer to join our Supported Employment Team. The role sits in our Adults, Health & Integration Directorate of Cheshire East Council.

About the Role:
The Data and Performance Monitoring Officer will support Project Managers and the wider team by collecting high level programme data relating to finance and performance, analysing and interpreting data, preparing high quality performance reports using Microsoft Excel, and ensuring that contractual reporting requirements are met to a high standard.
Interpreting programme guidance and developing systems to ensure full compliance will be essential. This will sit alongside analysing demographics, local labour market intelligence, and programme performance data to inform delivery, decision‑making, and continuous improvement.
The role will also support key financial processes, including raising purchase orders (POs), processing invoices, running and interpreting GTL reports, and contributing to year‑end close‑down activities.

About you:
We’re looking for someone who is:
1. Skilled using Computerised Record Management systems e.g Evolutive, Yeti etc
2. Confident working with data, including data cleansing, analysis and presentation.
3. Proficient with Excel and comfortable learning new systems and data tools
4. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
5. Able to build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Experience in local government, performance management or data analysis is desirable but not essential if you have the right skills and mindset.
You will need to be mobile across the Borough
