Job Title: Energy Consultant Office Location: London (Hybrid / Remote) Job Type: Permanent Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 SPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE Key Responsibilities: - Conduct energy assessments and calculations using SAP and OCDEA methodologies. - Utilize TM59, TM54 and TM52 to evaluate overheating risk and energy performance in buildings. - Perform Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA) and Non-Domestic Energy Assessments (NDEA) to determine energy efficiency ratings. - Collaborate with design teams to integrate energy-efficient solutions into building projects. - Use IES software for building simulation and analysis to enhance energy performance. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, outlining findings and recommendations. - Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to energy assessment and consultancy.
