A Senior HR Reporting Analyst is required for our legal client. The successful candidate will be a technically skilled and insight-driven Senior HR Report Analyst who will be joining a dynamic HR Reporting & Analytics team. Key Responsibilities-
Build and enhance the People Data Model using Workday Prism and Power BI
Develop scalable, automated reporting solutions that deliver actionable workforce insights
Collaborate across HR and business teams to support strategic planning and performance analysis
Drive data initiatives across workforce planning, HR operations, and strategic projects
Experience required-
Proven experience in workforce or business analytics
Strong knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools
Hands-on experience with Workday reporting (Prism Analytics preferred)
Solid SQL and Excel skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
