Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Customer service – greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Provide advice and fashion recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in organising and replenishment merchandise on the sales floor.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and accessories.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Please note, evenings and weekends are included in the contracted 8 hours of this role.
