Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging individual to join our team as an Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will communicate directly with fans of content creators, fostering engagement, and helping to maximise earnings for the creators. This role is ideal for someone with strong conversational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play an essential part in keeping fans engaged and providing a positive experience that encourages retention. You will work remotely from anywhere in the world, with flexible hours and the opportunity to earn through both salary and commission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage in real-time conversations with fans and subscribers.
* Maintain a friendly, engaging, and professional tone to enhance the fan experience.
* Collaborate with the management team to align chat strategies with creator goals.
* Track and report key metrics related to fan engagement and revenue growth.
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
* Fluent in written English (other languages are a plus).
* Strong communication and conversation skills.
* Ability to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
* High attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
* Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Reliable internet connection and basic tech skills (experience with chat software is an advantage).
* Previous experience in online customer service, sales, or chat-based roles is preferred but not essential.
