Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, disposals and development projects.
* Conduct due diligence and prepare legal documentation.
* Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements and leases.
* Advise clients on property-related legal issues and offer strategic solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial property law.
* Proven expertise in handling a broad range of commercial property transactions.
* In-depth knowledge of property law, regulations and best practices.
* Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
