Aerospace, Defence, Security & Technology (ADS&T)

Our ADS&T team provides trusted advice and expert support to organisations in mission-critical industries. Your work will help keep people safe, protect national interests, and tackle some of the biggest challenges our global community faces.

* Engineering: We have a strong engineering heritage and deep technical expertise to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions
* Project Management: We deliver large, complex projects including in highly regulated and safety-critical environments
* Consulting: We help clients navigate changes and seize transformation opportunities
* Digital: We leverage technology to deliver results, measure progress, demonstrate value for money, and future-proof projects

Infrastructure

Help reimagine places and spaces—from transport hubs to university campuses, industrial facilities, and flood defence schemes. Work includes specialist civils drawings, detailed tasks/design, and client-facing roles on complex civil engineering projects. You’ll use the latest digital technologies while moving toward a carbon-neutral future. Find out more about our Infrastructure teams and locations.


Nuclear

Our Nuclear business works across the industry to deliver engineering solutions that support today’s energy needs and future solutions, advancing our net-zero journey. In joining our Nuclear teams, you’ll be part of three key UK teams:

* Power New Build
* Reactor Operations
* Decommissioning

Project & Programme Services

Join the team delivering project and programme management consultancy worldwide. We build strong relationships by understanding client challenges, sharing their vision and turning bold ideas into reality, delivering their most important projects and programmes. You could work on large prestigious infrastructure projects with clients including TfL, Gatwick Airport and Thames Water, or focus on public building projects from school extensions to historic sites. You’ll own your projects while receiving support to develop your skills and confidence. Find out more about our Project & Programme Services teams and locations.


Transportation

By combining traditional engineering with new technologies, our teams help make journeys safer, easier, and more reliable while supporting a greener, productive society. Our work spans Bridges & Civils, Highways, Rail, Central Rail Systems Alliance, and local transport projects. You’ll work with clients such as Highways England, Network Rail and Transport for London. Training and Development

Our graduate development programme provides exposure to many areas of work, with training events, modules, mentoring, and on-the-job experience. From day one, you’ll work on real projects with opportunities to pursue professional accreditation where applicable.

* Rewarding that includes: a settling-in payment of £2,500 on join and a further £2,500 on achieving chartered status or equivalent
* 33 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with option to buy an additional 15 days or sell up to 5 days

Our graduate salaries are between £31,000 - £33,500 depending on role and location.
