A well-regarded primary school in North Bristol is looking to appoint Learning Partners to support pupils with additional needs across the school. This is a large, inclusive primary setting with a strong reputation for pastoral support, high-quality teaching, and a calm, purposeful learning environment. The role will involve working closely with class teachers and the SEND team to support children both in class and through targeted intervention work. Some pupils may have autism, speech and language needs, SEMH needs, ADHD, or require additional support with emotional regulation and routines. The school is looking for people who are patient, observant, and able to build trust with children consistently over time. Experience within SEND is welcomed, but equally important is the ability to stay calm, adaptable, and genuinely child-centred in your approach.
