HRIS ANALYST

Adjacency is delighted to be partnering with one of Cheltenham’s biggest success stories in their recruitment of a HRIS Analyst.
The successful candidate will lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a new HRIS platform for the business, ensuring the system is effectively configured, implemented and adopted across the organisation.
The role combines system ownership, data governance, and reporting capabilities, supporting HR and the wider business in making data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities include (but are not restricted to):
To be considered for this role, we would expect your CV to demonstrate at least 4 years’ experience working with HR systems, HR data or HR analytics. You will also have good knowledge of HRIS systems and display strong Excel skills plus an understanding of HR reporting and data governance.
