The primary goal is to aid in the efficient planning and execution of daily services in Retail area at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre. Responsibilities: · Making sure that all deliveries are promptly and accurately inspected and stored. · Leading a team, establishing a positive and nurturing environment where team members feel appreciated and empowered. · Helping with weekly bookkeeping tasks and any additional required responsibilities. · Ordering inventory to ensure proper stock quantities. · Assigning tasks to others when needed and making sure the team stays consistently active and forward-thinking. · Adhering to Food Handling and Hygiene Regulations · Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations Required skills and qualifications: · Prior experience in managing frontline teams in a comparable setting. · Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service · Team player and can-do attitude · Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
