Harris Hill has a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Head of Marketing to join an arts-based education charity for 3 to 6 months, starting immediately.
The post holder will lead the development and implementation of the organisation's high-impact, effective marketing and communications campaigns.
A central aspect of the role will be to provide expertise and experience to identify strategies and initiatives that will enable the organisation to meet both long-term and short-term needs. Through an effective understanding of the organisation's needs, the successful candidate will plan and motivate the operations of creative and customer-focused campaigns and will be responsible for driving the achievement of student and pupil recruitment targets. The ideal person will demonstrate positive outcomes and measurable results from previous recruitment campaigns within arts or education backgrounds.
This role is full-time and offers a salary of £50-55k per annum for the right candidate. We require someone who can cover at least 3 months, possibly up to 6 months, while recruiting permanently. There is also potential for a permanent role if the arrangement proves successful.
Due to the nature of the role, the client envisions the need for at least 3 days per week in the London office initially, to facilitate onboarding, stakeholder meetings, and understanding of the organisation's operations.
Experience required:
* Understanding of current issues related to higher education, both domestic and international.
* Significant marketing, communications, and sales experience across various disciplines.
* Proven track record of creating, delivering, and evaluating successful and innovative communication and audience engagement strategies that maximize impact and extend reach.
